We received a violation notice this week from Sentry Management. It ordered us to remove weeds from the garden, plant grass and remove the utility trailer from the driveway.
THAT"S NOT MY HOUSE!!
The violaton notice was supposed to be issued for the house next to us.
Lisa apologized later in the week. The notice was redirected to the house next to us.
We will be very happy when that mess is cleaned up

Recent Happenings in the Hood
It was good to hear about some activity taking place here in the Estates. A big thanks to Dante and Angie and Louise for communicating with Lisa about some of the issues we need to address.
Here is Lisas' reply:

I am currently in the process of doing property inspections and sending out violation notices for a number of this items. It’s that time of year when the winter is over and we can’t blame the cold for the grass problems anymore and crackdowns are starting again. As for the dog fecis, I will work on a newsletter for the community about this and the trash, but if you know of the specific offender (addresses) then I can send a violation notice to them as well. Still though, the best recourse for any animal problems is the Brevard County Animal Services, who will fine owners for this directly.
