Meeting With Marinello & Kotzen

On Saturday 04-Sept a group of our residents met with Marinello & Kotzen, PA. All residents of our community  were invited by means of notices delivered to each home. The attendees represented approximately 12-15 families total from both phases of Brentwood Lakes.
Law Partners Matthew Kotzen and Henry Marinelo presented information on potential construction defects in our community. The information showed evidence of construction defects found in other  D.R.Hortons' communities in Central Florida and other states as well. The law firm is suggesting that these deficiencies are the result of sub-standard construction processes resulting in big profits for D.R. Horton and huge headaches for purchasers of their homes.
They are offering to represent each homeowner individually in a suits against D.R Horton.
M&K stated that there would be no cost to the homeowners as the costs of the litigation would be included in any settlement by D.R. Horton.
